Moved house but Sky Stream shows content like BBC Regional News as if I'm at my old address
Hi All,
Moved house a couple of months ago to London from the West Midlands. Bought my Sky Stream puck with me and informed Sky about the move. All works well except when it comes to BBC News when I'm still seeing regional news from the West Midlands as opposed to BBC London news. Clearly, Sky Stream puck is still linked to the old address. Do I have to factory reset and sign in to all the apps again, or is there another less grievous way?
Many thanks!

I've escalated this to Sky and they should be in touch with you soon about it.
Look out for a message from Sky on your email and Sky Community private messages.
Look out for the blue chat bubble within your Sky community.

Re: Moved house but Sky Stream shows content like BBC Regional News as if I'm at my old address
@MrV1 Have you responded to the Invite as per this info?
Keep an eye out for an invite or blue chat bubble.
When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
Be reassured the email & message is from Sky and your details are safe and secure.
If you are using Safari please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the blue bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.
I would also recommend that if not already on, that you turn email/private message notifications on to avoid missing any alerts

Hi @MrV1
A private chat was started but there was no response within 48 hours so it has automatically closed.
If you still need help with this please let us know by posting on the forum again and we will get it escalated through to us.
