Lots of Sky stream glitches

Why are there so many issues with Sky stream lately.  At least once a week voice control doesn't work until I switch off and on.  At least once a week I get a black screen when trying to access Sky News or BBC NEWS.

I have repeatedly complained about Netflix subtitles randomly disappearing but nothing gets done.  Now they don't just disappear, they freeze so the

dialogue moves on but the subtitles don't.

Today the puck wouldn't switch on and I had to reset it.

Just tried to select a Netflix show from my playlist and get a message saying the App isn't available but, when I go the the app list, I can select it and watch my show.

There are far too many errors lately.  I can't report them all.

@Myskyplus    More often than not these problems are connected to the internet.  If you are connected by an Ethernet cable then I am as puzzled as you.   I had one or two of those issues but I wasn't connected via an Ethernet cable and I had to make adjustments to my router and puck.  I had a very good internet speed so knew it wasn't that but my router didn't have a direct line of sight to my puck and I had objects next to both of them.  Once I changed my router to have a direct line of sight to my puck and clear objects away I have not had a problem since.

Re: Lots of Sky stream glitches

Thank you, I will try that but, as it is Sky broadband and both puck and router were installed Sky, I would expect them to be correctly positioned

Re: Lots of Sky stream glitches

Nonsense. THE ISSUE IS THE PUCK !!

My puck will only work through an Ethernet cable since last weeks updates. Won't work on WiFi alone. Even though the puck worked through my WiFi for a year and a half before last week. And there's nothing wrong with my WiFi/broadband either
