Lost my itvx and prime and paramount phoned sky 6 months ago and was told there's a problem so give it a few months and then phoned in Nov and was told same now phoned in March and told warentee has run out so have to pay for another one even though it's an on going problem really not happy have to buy another Puck so now have 2 they said they will renburse me the money buy still feel let down with service seems like they just told me to wait until warentee ran out so they could charge me again and if I didn't argue with them they wouldn't have given me the money back I'm a platinum member so feel really let down by sky they used to be the best but now just thinking they just want more money if there loysl customers

What troubleshooting steps have you tried?
Also when did you sign up to Sky Stream, was it before 23rd February 2023?

I have the apps they worked fine but lost itvx in July Aug time then nov lost prime and now paramount got glass Dec 2022 started having problems with it turning on by its self in Jan or Feb and then voice command didn't work reset it multiple times now have to unplug glass tv 2 to 3 times a week just to get it to turn on really getting fed up with it been long going problem and sky just told me it was a fault leave it a few months and it should sort it's self out but over a year now and and amazingly my warranty is out of date now so they want me to buy a new one

As far as I'm aware Glass comes with a 2 year warranty so if you purchased the TV in December 2022 the warranty wouldn't expire until December 2024 and therefore you would be entitled to a replacement TV if the current one is faulty, until December.
I'd suggest raising an official complaint with Sky as what you were told on the phone to just wait just sounds like their customer services agents not actually being bothered about doing their job, and potentially telling you incorrect information.
