Lost Pucks and Sky delays

Hi,

I ordered Sky Stream on 16 Oct. Pucks should have been here by 23rd (5-7 days).

 

Called 23rd, Sky tried to say wait till 27th but when I asked what can only be done on 27th that cannot be done today, I was told by the Sky rep he was not from the correct department and passed me on to somone from the "right" department (if I hadn't stood my ground, I would just have been fobbed off). That person said they would have to investigate but more likely than not, they'd resend the pucks to avoid delays. Sounded good. 

 

Anyway it is now 28th, called again, was passed from some "Bill" to "Ben" and told that it is still being investigated. I have no idea how long this nonsense will continue before some thinking person at Sky decides to just send the pucks out again to keep the customer happy and to continue their investigation internally. Total shambles - anyone else get sucg service from Sky?
