Landscape Artist of the Year crash

Just installed my new Sky Stream. Started adding things to the playlist, first few things worked fine.

However, if I search for Sky Landscape Artist of the Year, then navigate to it on the right side of the screen and hit ok, it loads a blue screen with time at top right, sits there for a while, then Sky Stream restarts. If I navigate via Sky shows to it, it loads a screen showing the presenters, sits there for a while, tehn Sky Stream restarts.

Any suggestions? (Other than just not watching it!)

Have you tried  a restart of your Sky Stream box

Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete.

Different ways to get to the settings menu;
Hit the . . . button on your remote and select settings, use voice saying 'settings' or scroll down to the settings menu on the home menu.
