Hi, we decided to return to Sky Q as we could not get on with streaming. We have returned the PUCK, but we keep getting emails threatening to charge us for non return.
can I speak to someone and not the bots.

At the bottom of this Returns Sky help article, click 'No, I still need help' and it will provide you with a call number.
If you still have it, make sure you have your postal receipt to hand when calling.
