Just upgraded to Sky sports but..

Got full sports package on my Stream box yesterday, accessed no problem.  Now having Sky Sports + I decided to watch the biggest game of the evening, Barnsley v Rotherham(!). It said I needed to upgrade, can't upgrade any further!

It let me watch the 'main' SS+ game, West Ham v Wolves but same upgrade message for all the other Carabao games. No problem on my mobile, all available??

Would suggest trying a restart of your Sky Stream box.
Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete.

 

The next lot of EFL Carabao matches are tonight from 7:45pm, to try after the above restart.

But also from 4pm on the Sky Sports app is the US Open Tennis, Sky Tennis is also part of your Sky Sports pack, so may be a good test today prior to the football 7:45pm showings in the Sky Sports app.
