Give your puck a reboot. Turn it off at the wall for a minute or two then power it back on and allow it to restart. This usually cures things like this for a while.

If its for all shows i'd suggestion following @Padam_Padam's advice.
If its just one or 2 shows doing this, which shows are they and which catch up service is it trying to open them on?
