@Morgs2 - does nothing play, live channels, any of the on demand app (player, itv x, Netflix).
you can try rebooting your device:
1. Put it into standby.
2. Turn it off at the plug.
3. Wait for at least 30 seconds
4. turn it on at the plug.
if that doesn't work it could be your internet connection/speed. Open Netflix, go to get help and go to check you network. That will show you the download speed from the puck. What speed does it tell you?
