I get error code 1026 when I log into Disney plus via sky on tv but can access via my iPad.
Any ideas how to correct, was working fine last night. Had internet issues today via sky when router had orange lights and signal dropped during work call !!!! Seemed to set back to all green lights within 5 minutes but Disney stopped working after that.
any suggestions ?

To do this go to Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > Restart device (do not do a factory reset). It takes about 3 minutes to completely reboot. You will have a blank screen for a couple of minutes before the Sky logo appears so don’t worry when this happens as you start the process.
