Is this big screen tv included with entertainment pacagke

I ordered sky entertainment and netflix yesterday but i get only sky streaming puck not a physicaly tv. Does physical tv is not included with package??? I dnt understand

You need to order Sky Glass if you want the TV. 

Sky Glass currently costs the following amount, in addition to the cost of the Entertainment/Netflix subscription:

Small 43" = £555

Medium 55" = £805

Large 65" = £1055

@Harpreet3  You have to physically choose to either order a glass tv or streaming puck or a combination of both ( you can have upto 3 TVs and 6 pucks) under a single whole home subscription 

so if you only order the single puck that's all you get and would need to order a tv separately once your streaming account is activated so the tv can be added to it

The physical TV (Sky Glass) isn't included with the cost of the TV package, it is extra. It is paid for either over 24 or 48 months installments, or all at once up front. If Sky TV services are cancelled before paying off the TV on installment, the TV still has to be paid off.

If you still want a Glass TV, you can either buy it seperately or, as you say you are within the 31 day cooling off period, ring Sky and cancel your Sky Stream service and order Sky Glass. You'd need to return the Sky Stream puck though.
