I've just set up a Sky Stream account for 18 months. Im awaiting delivery of my stream puck. Being a sky stream customer, do i now have access to the sky go app or is this extra cost?
if so, how many mobile devices can i add to the sky go account?

@AK8 sky go is included, whilst you can register upto 6 devices, the number of concurrent users depends on
- Sky Go and Sky Go Extra customers can stream on two devices at a time.
- Sky Q Multiscreen and Sky Glass/Sky Stream Whole Home customers can stream on four devices at a time.

Re: Is sky go included with my sky stream account?
With Sky stream, can the two Sky Go users and the Sky Puck user all watch the same channel at the same time?

Re: Is sky go included with my sky stream account?
Sorry, to clarify, with a Sky Puck and 2 Sky go concurrent logins (from 6 registered devices) only 2 users can watch at once?
Example both Sky Gos and not the Puck user, or
1 Sky Go and 1 Puck user?
And can both users watch the same channel - example the same Football game?

@Cityboy2 Your duplicate thread you created has been removed as you asked the same question on this thread prior to creating a duplicate.
Creating duplicate posts is unhelpful and duplicates answers.
You need the Whole Home sub to watch on 2 or more pucks, regarding Sky Go @SKY1992bf has already answered the question.

@Cityboy2 The sky go limit is listed in post 2 above
sky pucks don't count in this limit and yes you can watch the same event on each device
two watch on more than two pucks the whole home subscription is required
