The channels and picture quality on Stream are good (but you might have to sort out the sound sync problem).

 

But the user interface is awful, designed to keep pushing new films and programmes at you. Your family might find it as frustrating as ours have.

It is promotional discovery ... all streaming services do it😟

 

They've all followed Netflix's lead as the supposed best UI🤔

Yes I know they all do it, but the OP was asking about sky Stream.

Well, if you haven't been scared off by the responses, it should be pretty clear that Sky Stream is by no means a perfect streaming service but it can, and does, work perfectly well for some/many customers.

I reiterate, that due to the huge number of variables - broadband speed, network stability, viewing preferences, speed of UI expected, etc, the only way to find out if it'll be good for you is to try it. 

It's very straightforward to reject it and return the puck within the cooling off period, or indeed to order more pucks and fill your home with them if you like it. You can have up to 6 on one account, as long as your broadband speed and coverage is sufficient.
