Instal sky stream and remote. Can’t get anything off remote It says hold 1 and 3 for 3 seconds.

Plugged in the stream to tv. HDMI port. Remote won't come on. Says weak or no signal.  Please help

@JG5619   The link from @Anonymous is good advice.  Let us know how you get on?

Remember Sky Stream is heavily reliant on a good clear internet signal.  Are you connected via an Ethernet cable from your router or does it connect via Wi-Fi?  I suspect if it is a poor internet connection it will be via Wi-Fi.

If it is, where is your router in relation to your tv and puck?  Is it in the same room?  If it is make sure your router gets a clear line of sight to your puck with no obstacles in the way as this is essential. Also make sure your router is not near a window such as on a window sill, also not near a mirror, and both the router and puck do not have objects close to them.

A bit of a pain I know but vital to get the best performance out of them.
