@LisaB50   Unable to login in to what?  You've posted in  the Sky Stream forum, Sky stream is an Internet delivered TV service and does not require a login.

STILL UABLE TO LOG IN !!!!! THIS IS TERRIBLE

Multiple goes at login to my account 

I pay every month for subscriptions. This is awful
