If you already have a puck with Sky stream do you get another when you upgrade to whole home?

I already have a sky stream service with puck why would I need to add another service to upgrade to whole home?

Whole Home is what allows you to have multiple glass or stream devices linked to your account. Without it you can only register one sky streaming device and this only get the service through one device. It's the same as Multiroom with Sky Q.

Yes - but only if you add it to your order. You'll likely be charged (the ridiculous) £39.95 activation fee but you can sometimes get one without this.

Thanks when I add Wholeome to basket it says 1 puck added with order but I'm not sure if this is another free puck or the one I already have with sky stream

If you already have an activated Sky Stream puck with a current Entertainment subscription then this 1 puck added to the new order for Whole Home should be a second puck.

Yeah sometimes they offer a deal where the first added device is free, but aside from that you have to pay for each puck.
As mentioned above you can't just add the pack you also need to purchase the devices.
