Just in case anyone from Sky keeps an eye on this forum. Sky were sending me a replacement Puck which was not needed and I asked to cancel. This was over a month ago.
It is stuck in limbo with the courier, Sky told me I had to cancel it with DPD as they could not and DPD says I can't and it is up to Sky. I can't get Sky customer services to take any notice.
I can postpone the delivery for a week, which I just keep doing. So Sky if you want the replecement Puck back talk to DPD !
