I would like to bundle broadband and home insurance with existing package

I Currently have Skystream and a Sky puck.

I am about to move house.

I would like to talk to someone about the possibility of adding to my existing package with a new broadband package and home insurance.

I have calcualted the cost of acquiring these separately (including from other providers) but would be interested to see if Sky can offer me a better deal.

I have tried calling Sky but it is impossible to get past the AI to speak to a real person.

Sky Protect Home & Contents Insurance is not bundled with any other Sky product: legally speaking I don't think that's possible.

Re: I would like to bundle broadband and home insurance with existing package

Thanks for that.
I was hoping that as an existing user it would be possible to negotiate some sort of upgrade based on the fact that I was looking to obtain a number of Sky products. I know that this is possible with other providers.
The main problem I have with Sky is trying to speak to a person and get beyond their automated phone system. This perhaps doesn't bode well for the future. I think I'll look elsewhere.

Insurance is regulated entirely separately to every other Sky product (by the Financial Conduct Authority rather than Ofcom) and so I suspect it's simply not possible to offer discounts based on other subscriptions.

I believe it's also the case that the regular Sky support and sales people can't deal with insurance queries, for similar reasons.
