I was told the puck will arrive tomorrow

I ordered sky puck today and was told by the lady it would arrive tomorrow, I've gone into the my sky app and it says it'll arrive Monday

@Jim37  You're only telling customers via the forum, we have no control over delivery times.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I phoned customer services and after trying to deal with there automated system it gave me a link to here. I need to speak to a person, any ideas of a number where I can get through to someone ?

Hi @Jim37 The chatbots can be infuriating. When calling Sky to get past the chatbot and speak to someone try answering the following to the chatbot:

 

Say about  sky glass

Say it something else

Say NO when asked about using the web link

 

This should hopefully result in you being put through to an human advisor.

Sounds like you have may have missed the Thursday deadline a little early or as I describe below, it's still showing an estimated delivery time.

 

According to the Sky delivery guidelines in the Sky help article, it has in below link for expected delivery, it may not quite have made it in time for the 9 pm deadline Thursday is for Monday.

 

Once  ordered, your Mysky will normally show an estimate of  within two days. 
You may find though later tonight, that it changes to delivery tomorrow, once you get the pickup email from DPD.

When I ordered mine last week, it first flagged delivery in MySky order tracking as within two days, but later that night it  changed to next day, once my DPD email arrived with their tracking details and showing they had picked up the parcel.

Sky Stream pucks that are ordered separately will be delivered by our delivery partner, DPD.

 

Order confirmed: Delivery date*:

By 9pm Monday – ThursdayNext day

After 3pm SundayTuesday

 

*Deliveries to remote postcodes and around Bank Holidays will take a bit longer.
