I've made an order but I need a TV as I haven't one help

I have made an order for sky for stream but not noting I don't have a TV computer just a mobile phone have I done wrong

You should have ordered a NOW subscription instead. Absolutely pointless getting a Stream puck without anything to attach it to.

@Matty55  The question is why have you ordered SkyStream if you don't have a TV to watch it on?

 

If you need a TV you have 2 options buy a Smart TV from ant retailer or you need to purchase Sky Glass, if it's Sky Glass you want you will need to call Sky to cancel your current order and place one for Sky Glass.  If you fail the credit check you may need to purchase outright.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

If you really want to, you can keep the Stream puck (which will be 'activated' automatically) and then use the Sky Go app on your mobile.
