I've a new sky box puc and broadband and it's stuck at Updating Software

Turn it off at the wall for a minute then power it back on and try again. This seems to happen all the time with the pucks - they get stuck on the first attempt at software update.

That worked, thank you. I'd already turned it off briefly but leaving it off worked!
