Only if you actually ordered a content subscription with the Whole Home add-on plus two Stream 'pucks' (or a Glass TV set with Whole Home and a puck)
'Whole Home' is a marketing name rather than an literal promise.

If so you would also have needed to add the whole home subscription pack to your and another puck, your first puck should be free with additional pucks costing £39.99 (I believe) Any pucks recieved remain the property of sky and must be returned if you cancel your subscription the £39.99 cost is an activation fee not you buying the puck

Why did you think you would get two Pucks .... or do mean you would get a router for BB and a Puck for TV?
