You will need to call Sky in resolve it then, as it likely needs the backoffice team to manually unlink the puck from your account.

Unfortunately doing a reset of a stream puck can on occassions cause this, as the reset process may not successfully send the signal back to the sky systems to deregister the puck from your account. Ultimately its this reason Sky recommend not doing a reset unless instructed to whilst you are actively speaking to one of their agents.

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number. If you are in the ROI on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Did you receive a warning message not to proceed unless in contact with Sky CSs?
