I recently upgraded to to sky stream and I don't seem to be able to get the plus one channels like I used to.
Also the picture to voice synchronisation seems to be ever so slightly off.

@CarolynOxley There are no +1 channels on stream, you use the catch up services to watch at a later time than the original broadcast time

@CarolynOxley Sky stream does not carry plus one channels, with reguards to the lip sync you are experiencing this is currently a known issue which sky are looking into,as a work around you may find setting your sound output to pcm may resolve the issue until sky release a more permanent fix

Why are they making things so complicated, my husband is not tech savvy and can't understand how to use the handset to watch programs later, don't think a lot of people will understand this. I would never have chosen to use this device if I had known it was less straightforward

@CAT05 thats the thing its a streaming platform so those people comfortable with using other streaming services like Netflix or Prime Video for instance should be able to pick up how it works in a relatively straightforward manner so its similar to the majority of other mainline streaming services, however for those that aren't used to streaming services it may be quite a steep learning curve.

I changed over as it's cheaper I didn't realise it would be so different, I do understand mainly but I am nearly 80 years old and I hear they are going to phase Sky Q out, but my husband has a problem with technology and has never operated a computer, which a lot of older people have not done. It looks like they will all be operated in this manner for the future which may cause confusion for some people
