I pay for Sky TV Stream but I have no equipment, its impossible to speak to anyone in Sky, help ??

Sky claim they have ent my Stream equipment but I never received. Seems an imposible problem for customer service to understand. I have tried cancelling the subscription and starting again but I still receive nothing and the direct debits keep coming out. It would be nice to have an email address so someone could respond ....

I just want Sky back is it that hard?

Try making a formal complaint via one of the methods outlined here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint

 

Alternatively I can escalate your post to Sky if you prefer?

Yes please escalate. Sky have sent a parcel to send back the equipment (this seems to  be their default response when i call up). That is the point I have never received but it seems in order to cancel that agreement they need the quipment back....
