• Hi i orderd sky stream yesterday  would of been Sunday got told I would recieve and email from dpd with tracking information but I haven't dose anyone know how long it takes  and if I should contact sky customer services thanks.....

If you ordered after 3pm on Sunday, you will not recieve your Sky Stream until Tuesday.

If before 3pm, even though Sky estimated dates are detailed below, they can sometimes take an extra day to be dispatched to you;

Order confirmed: 

Thursday – 3pm Sunday, delivery Monday

After 3pm Sunday, delivery  Tuesday

*Deliveries to remote postcodes and around Bank Holidays will take a bit longer.
