I need to return my unused sky puk which was free for a month with my sky glass. However at £12 a month I don't want it.

You'll need to negotiate cancellation of the Whole Home subscription supplement: that's what the monthly payment is for. Don't return the puck until this cancellation is confirmed, and make sure Sky understands that the Glass television needs to continue in use.
