I need a service of tv technician to set up my tv with broadband connection

My tv is not connected. It asks for , select router then enter wifi password to connect. I don't know how to input password with remote control

I'm afraid that Sky Stream is a self-setup product. Sky do not offer home visits to set up the service.

@LG43LF510V entering a password using tge rdmote isnt difficult but it is long winded you select the characters one by one using the on screen keyboard switching between lower and upper case and numbers 

If your router has a WPS button use the Sky broadband option which just puts the puck into WPS modecthen simply press the WPS button on the router and thectwo should link - works with any routercwith WPS nit judt Sky hubs.
