I'm a new customer- But puck says no active subscription

Hello, Sky broadband Is up and running fine but tried to set puck up and ready to go but says no active subscription. I've tried rebooting the puck still says the same. Any ideas please?

Does your MySky app show an active TV subscription?

 

Because this is account specific it's probably one you need to speak to Sky about but I'm sure it's a quick fix.

Hi 

 

it should activate while you are setting the puck up. It should have directed you to the activation page to gin with your account 

 

you must use the email address you provided during the actual ordering of the puck to do this - if you have used an older account email it won't activate
