I keep getting HDM13 when I try to turn on tv & need HDM11

Every time I turn tv on with remote to connect to my Sky stream its connecting to HDM13 & wont do anything as its normally HDM11 to view channels?

Whatever you have plugged into hdmi3 is effectively taking control through hdmi cec 

 

you either need to power down this device, turn off the hdmi cec in the device settings or unplug it altogether

Have the power saving options on the Sky Puck turned on?

 

If they had been turned off they may have reactivated, following a software update, so reset the power saving options😉
