I just got my sky box today.. but the package I got I don’t have any of the channels?

Will it take awhile for them to kick in or what will happen is this normal? Thanks

Which Sky TV service did you sign up to? Sky Q, or Sky Stream?

 

I assume it's not Sky+ (the forum you posted in ) as it's not available to new subscribers.

I have the sky stream package! But the lad who set it up said that I could have the kids channels with this package but they don't seem to be working at the moment

Go to MySky, either the mobile app or online.

Select products, then Manage Content packs.

Under tv packs, you will see the Kids pack listed there in some form, either you have it or it's offering you it. Often it may have an offer if you do not have it in your bundle, like £0 for two months free.

If you select it there in Mysky it will be available on your Sky Stream almost straight away.

One good thing about Sky Stream is the way you can toggle on and off some of the packs like that.
