Just to check, that's on a subscription from Sky rather than acquired elsewhere?

A newly installed puck from Sky may need a significant software update and then a reboot.

You get Discovery + free with Sky TV and need to activate as described here;

With Sky Stream and Sky Glass you get Netflix standard with ads tier free.

You need to follow the activation process here;

Read all the instructions if you already have a Netflix account and being billed by Netflix and want this transferred to your Sky account with the free tier.

If you wish to change to a higher Netflix tier at a later time,  you can do that in your MySky account;

For Paramount + if you take Sky Cinema as a subscription pack, you get Paramount + free

You need to follow the activation steps here;

If you do not have the Sky Cimema pack in your Sky TV subscription, you can still get Paramount + through your Sky account by signing and activating for the appropriate tier as described here;
