I haven't had TV in a week as I can't link up my account it won't let me past the postcode section

I can't link up my account haven't had TV in a week now as it won't let me past the postcode section it just keeps going back to the continue button it just keeps going back to blue

@Gary_m welcome to the forum.  I have seen a couple of other people who have been having this problem of getting stuck at the post code but don't recall seeing a solution.

 

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Community Messaging Team who will send you an invitation for an online chat.

Keep a look out for the speech chat bubble that will appear on the bottom left of your screen when you are logged onto this forum (you will need to refresh your browser from time to time until you see the chat bubble). When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or the chat will be automatically closed.  Note replies from Sky are not instant so you will need to regularly check the chat thread.

Sorry for not letting you know that I was able to get around the issues by signing in with my old email address which was linked to my lost phone and I couldn't remember the password to access the account so I had to change my details with sky and when I went to sign in and link it up as I had to do a factory reset as I had open reach out last Tuesday replacing a cable outside all I had to do was sign in.with my old details and create a security question as I have no access to my old email address and I needed to reset the password as I couldn't remember it once I did that I could link up okay and a sky advisor returned my call to reset things properly on Thier end so it has been done with no issues. Thanks for taking the time to reply to the original message etc .
