I have to keep turning the puck on manually when the remote is connected

Can anybody suggest anything I've spoken to sky but not getting any better

@Bernadineohanlo  Hi, you haven't said what Sky recommended so sorry if you have tried this already.

Turn on the puck manually, and point the remote control at it and press 1 & 3 together for 3 seconds.  A message should appear on screen to say it is connected.  Should that fail press 7 & 9 together for 3 seconds then try again with the 1 & 3.  I hope that sorts it.
