I have a stresm box paid the whoke bill of told me it be back on in 2 hours its now be 24 hours still not working anyoke had this problem

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreWhen did you pay the bill? If it was today then the payment won't be processed until Monday at the earliest as banks won't process the payments on weekends or bank holidays. Until the payment is processed any restrictions won't be lifted.

Did you also re-setup your direct debit or monthly card payment?

No it was at midnight on Thursday

Normally card payments clear straight away and shows on account too
