All TV's affected by freezing we have been online followed instructions to right the problem but this hasn't made any difference!! Have tried to contact sky through telephone contact number online to actually speak to someone to no avail!!! Can you please help with this problem as we have endured this all over festive period not good at all!!!

What broadband speed do you receive? How is your equipment connected to your broadband, WiFi or ethernet?
To check the speed on each device, open the Netflix app, navigate to the get help menu and run a network check. Do this on all three of your devices.
