My tv is telling me that my puck will no longer work

Hi,
I have now sorted the problem. This was after I phoned Sky yet again. Apparently the advisor did not re subscribe me back to a Sky subscription. So an other advisor got me back up and running.

You will need to provide some more information. We are fellow subscribers and not Sky so have no idea about your setup. Do you have a Glass TV and a Pick? In order for both to work you will need the whole home subscription.
If you just want the puck to work, Sky will need to remove the glass from your account as it is always the primary device.
What message are you seeing exactly?
