I have forgot my pin and the last 4 digits of the card number is saying it is incorrect

Hi,

I have tried putting in the 4 digit pin to watch a movie but keeps locking me out after 3 attempts for 10 mins.

I have also clicked on forgot PIN, and so it asks for the last 4 digits of the card number, however doesn't recognise it. It is the card the money comes out of.

Anyone know why this may be haooening?

@Shay2024  For Glass and Stream customers the default pin is the last four digits of the phone number you have registered with Sky.  Unless of course you have amended your PIN.

@Donjack1  See the post immediately above yours.  The default PIN is the last 4 number of the phone number you have registered with Sky.  If you have changed the PIN then you have a problem as only you will know what you changed it to.
