I have a solid amber light on a puck. Ive tried to reset but always end up with solid amber light

No matter what I try and do I always return to solid amber light and the white sky logo remaining on screen for around a minute then resetting. I've tried a full reset. Same end result. Before I contact sky asking for a new puck, any advice anyone?

Sounds  like your puck is stuck in standby.
Try the recovery process as in step 4 in this Sky Help article.
