I have a new sky system with multi room using the small puck receivers the first few weeks no probl
Can you help I have to update my puck systems every day when I turn the TV on it says scann the bar code and follow lnstructions this can take 20 mins. I feel this puck is faulty as I don't have a problem with the other one in my other room . Kind regards melvyn

Tried contacting sky customer services for help I've given up can't talk to someone
