I got sky stream today pligged it all in no ethernet cable came and volume not working

I just got connected today set up thr stream box there is ni volume coming through and no wires to connect to the router just connection to tv and power

Sky doesn't supply ethernet cable with any hardware: the assumption would be that most Stream users are likely to be using WiFi, and so the cable would be wasted.

 

If you choose to source your own, Cat5e is fine.
