I got sky essential package today I can’t seem to get it or netflix

pI got the sky essential package today which has some Chanel's and Netflix.I can't seem to get them on my tv? Do I have to wait until I get the stick I put in the tv and remote to get it .It's to arrive tomorrow ? I have no idea 😬

Have you ordered Sky Stream with the Essential Tv pack?

If so, yes you will need to wait for your Sky Stream box ( not a stick) to arrive.

You can see when your box arrives with order tracking;

Sign in to Order Tracking with your Sky iD to:

• Check the status of your order.
• See any delivery dates or available tracking info.

When your Sky Stream box arrives, plug it into the HDMI port on your TV and the power supply.

Follow the on-screen instructions to connect to your broadband and you will be able to watch.

As @lettice indicates, Essential TV is delivered through Sky brand hardware (the Stream 'puck') Any Sky app you see on a smart television set has a different purpose.
