I can’t stream on my5 or itv, every time I select the app and program it goes back to the beginning

Chanel's like my5 and itvx are no longer working, my playback has also stopped working

Is there any messages on screen?

Have you tried restarting?

1. Go to Settings
2. System management
3. Resets & updates
4. Restart device

@Rob2210   Once ou have tried @Anonymous  suggestion and it still doesn't sort it, try Refresh Apps also in Settings but this takes quite a bit longer than doing the refresh.
