I can't login to MySky app or the website since I signed up for Sky Stream yesterday

Hi I've been a sky customer for many year and have never had an issue accessing my account either via the website or the MySky app on my phone.  Yesterday I signed up for Sky Stream and now the app and website ask for my post code and account number.  I don't know the account number so can't login!!

Hey,

 

If you check your emails you should have an email come though as "Your Sky Order" and it will have your account number in that email. If you can't find this you can contact Sky Stream team and they will be able to give you the account number after going though some security questions ect.
