I had new contract with Sky stream package with Netflix free since Sept 2023
asvyer after umpteen calls to both I get pushed from sky saying call Netflix then Netflix says they have no account on my email is this a cheap truck by sky to pass the buck for 10 months now I have not got it going

You need to either create a new or use an existing Netflix account and link that to your Sky account in order to get the "free" Netflix tier
