I presume you mean you can't get a WiFi signal for your Sky Stream puck in your bedroom?

Have you tested any other devices connected to your WiFi in the bedroom? If you can't get a signal there then you won't be able to use Sky Stream. If other devices are connecting then you can check the speed your puck is receiving by opening the Netflix app on it, go to the get help menu and run a network check.

The puck ideally needs a minimum of 25Mbps in order to function with any sort of reliability. If you cannot provide this in your bedroom then you'll need to look into using some powerline adaptors or a WiFi mesh system around your home.

Are you sure you mean Netflix, as I can get anything at the moment

Yes, the Netflix app on the Stream puck will tell you the broadband speed the puck is receiving.

Have you made sure the puck is connected to your bedroom TV with an HDMI cable, and that it is receiving power? Have you selected the correct HDMI input on your TV with the TV remote control?

Best bet is to use a cheap pair of powerline adapters ....... easy to setup and will give you a direct connection from your sky device to the router
