I can't find anything on Sky stream via a puck that says unblock pin or change pin.

I have just become a sky customer. I have a puck . I have forgotten the pin for parental control. I am told go into settings and click unblock or change pin. I cannot find anything that says unblock or change pin. Parental control tells me reams aboutwhat it does and howit works. I have no children  I don't need it but apparantly Hetty Wainright investigates invokes the pin. Where do I find rest the thing . At least with Virgin you could ring 150 and ask somebody, might take 24 to get through though

PIN settings wont stop you being asked to enter a PIN on a live TV channel where they are broadcasting a show prior to the watershed that breaches daytime broadcast regulations. OFCOM allows for channels to broadcast this content before the watershed but enforced mandatory PIN protection on the channel during the broadcast.
