I can't assess my sky account

I have just got sky stream and when I try to login it goes as far as checking your status then say unable to assess my sky account.

Is this when you are setting up your Sky Stream and you are getting a linking unsuccessful message?

If so, switch the puck off at the mains and try the steps again.

 

When asked, you need to enter the details at sky.com/activate.

Hi @Davyboy3  In addition to the advice given by @lettice you must also be signed into your My Sky account at www.sky.com
