I am having issues with my sky puck. I have been asked to link my account and I can't do it

I reset my puck because none of the BBC channels were working now I'm being asked to put a 6 digit number into sky.com/activatenow and it won't let me do it and I can't do it

@Suzie87  Resetting it may have cuased this issue, the reset was only advised for the Discovery + app issues.

 

Have you unplugged your stream device for a few minites?

 

If not try that and post back the results, if not successfult it may need Glass support to get involved.

I restarted it due to hardly any channels working. Nope unplugging didn't work still asking for a code to be entered into sky

@Suzie87  To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team, however be aware you may be asked to call in instead so the Glass support teams can help.

Keep an eye out for an invite or blue chat bubble.

When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

Be reassured the email & message is from Sky and your details are safe and secure.
If you are using Safari please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the blue bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.

I would also recommend that if not already on, that you turn email/private message notifications on to avoid missing any alerts
