I added whole home to tv package but does not work

Hi I added sky whole home to my tv package but I cant use this so what do I need to have it ?

Whole Home is required if you wish to be able to use mutliple devices ( up to 3 Glass TVs and 6 stream pucks) in one home with your existing Sky subscription. Do you already have more than 1 Sky Stream puck? 

 

If not, then along with adding the Whole Home pack to your subscription you also need to order additional pucks. This can be done via (https://www.sky.com/mysky/tv/home-setup) under Sky Stream pucks. Be aware that there is a £39.95 fee for each additional puck ordered.
